Anesthesiology is a specialized field of medicine that focuses on relieving pain. Our affiliated clinicians provide anesthesia care in a variety of clinical settings, including hospitals, surgery centers, pain management clinics and physician offices.
Our national network of anesthesiologists and anesthetists specialize in a wide range of anesthesia types, including pain management, and receive advanced education and training to remain current on the latest clinical advancements in their areas of specialty. In addition, many of our clinicians and practices engage in both local and national research and quality improvement initiatives, working to advance the future of anesthesiology.
Maternal-fetal medicine (MFM) specialists, obstetricians (OB/GYNs) and other specialized clinicians provide care to pregnant women and their developing babies in both office and hospital settings. In many cases, our affiliated MFM specialists work in collaboration with affiliated OB hospitalists to provide care for high-risk pregnant women throughout their pregnancy and while in the hospital.
Through ongoing research and quality improvements initiatives, our obstetric and maternal-fetal clinicians are reducing high-risk procedures and improving standards of care, making a difference in the lives of our patients and their families.
Physicians and advanced practice providers specializing in pediatric medicine provide care to patients from birth through adolescence. Many clinicians receive additional subspecialty training in areas including neonatology, cardiology and intensive care.
Our affiliated clinicians make up the nation’s largest collaborative team of pediatric subspecialists, providing care in neonatal and pediatric intensive care units, throughout hospitals and in physician offices. In many cases, our clinicians provide collaborative care across the patient continuum, often rounding on patients in the hospital or consulting with other physicians to provide subspecialty expertise. They also engage in a variety education and cross-practice / cross-specialty quality improvement and research initiatives, shaping the future of pediatric medicine.
Radiology is a field of medicine that uses imaging technology to create images of human anatomy for the diagnosis and treatment of diseases. Many radiologists subspecialize in certain types of radiology and see patients on a referral basis.
Our radiologists partner with hospitals and physician groups to provide high-quality radiology services, seeing patients both in person and virtually through teleradiology.
