Dr. Stallings completed his fellowship training in maternal-fetal medicine at Wake Forest University School of Medicine in Winston-Salem, NC, after completing residency in obstetrics and gynecology at the University of Florida in Gainesville. He is board certified in obstetrics and gynecology and in maternal-fetal medicine. He is a Fellow of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (ACOG) and a member of the Society for Maternal-Fetal Medicine (SMFM). Dr. Stallings has served as residency program director and Associate Professor of Ob/Gyn at the University of Tennessee College of Medicine, Chattanooga. Dr. Stallings currently serves as the Vice-Chair of the Ob/Gyn section at Tristar Centennial Women's Hospital and is also a member of the Board of Trustees for Tristar Centennial Hospital. He has lived and worked in Tennessee for over 13 years, in Chattanooga, Knoxville and Nashville.
