Office Hours and Appointments
Our office hours are from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Thursday and from 8:00 AM to noon on Friday.
When you call to schedule an appointment, we understand and respect your sense of urgency. Our appointment scheduler will make every effort to accommodate you at the earliest time possible. For your first appointment, we ask that you plan to arrive 30 minutes early to complete all of the necessary paperwork.
We encourage you to bring your partner with you to your appointments. However, space is limited and we request that no more than two adults accompany you to appointments. If a child under the age of 10 will be accompanying you, please bring another adult to provide supervision during your examination.
We understand that a diagnostic ultrasound can be stressful for an expectant mother who is concerned for her developing baby. With our comprehensive and extensive approach, we are able to achieve a high degree of diagnostic accuracy and are pleased to announce our accreditation by the American Institute of Ultrasound in Medicine (AIUM).
This places us amongst a limited number of groups with the highest standards for imaging. We are accredited for all trimesters in OB and are one of only four in the state to be accredited for fetal echocardiography (heart imaging).
With a 50-year history, the AIUM is dedicated to the advancement of safe and effective use of ultrasound in medicine. The voluntary accreditation we received recognizes our competency in all aspects of our ultrasound program, including:
- Personnel education, training and experience
- Document storage and record keeping
- Policies and procedures safeguarding patients and ultrasound personnel and equipment
- Quality assurance
- Case studies
