Dr. Sidlinger is board certified in pediatrics and neonatal-perinatal medicine. He earned his bachelor's degree from Kansas State University and his medical degree from the University of Kansas in 1976. He completed his pediatric residency and fellowship in neonatal-perinatal medicine at the University of Kansas-Wichita. Dr. Sidlinger has been a neonatologist at Stormont-Vail HealthCare for nearly thirty years. He helped develop the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) from its original size into the large and state-of-the-art unit it is today. He is a recent recipient of the March of Dimes Saving Babies Together Award in the greater Topeka area and is a member of the American Academy of Pediatrics.
