About Us

Texas Perinatal Group offers a wide range of services for women with high-risk pregnancies. Our experienced team of maternal-fetal medicine specialists partner with St. David’s South Austin Medical Center, St. David’s Medical Center and Seton Healthcare’s University Hospital in Austin. We also provide comprehensive ultrasounds at our satellite offices located in Kyle and Lakeway.

We utilize the latest techniques and equipment and strive for the best outcomes. Having served the Austin and surrounding communities for more than 20 years, we are sensitive to the needs of our patients and committed to creating a positive pregnancy experience. All of our maternal-fetal medicine specialists are board certified with extensive experience in their areas of specialty. They are committed to patient care and bring a depth of knowledge to the practice. Many of our team members, both physicians and medical staff, are leaders in the community and serve on various medical committees and boards.

Clinical Nurse Specialist

Texas Perinatal Group is proud to serve our patients with the aid of our Clinical Nurse Specialist, Laura Dranguet. Laura joined our practice in 1999 and manages the preterm labor and multiple births programs. Her services and expertise allow patients to have an extended visit while at the practice, with follow-ups able to occur every week. Specifically, for the programs she manages, Laura serves as the single point of contact for questions, concerns and follow-up visits. She strives to advocate for her patients and provide them with the necessary tools to have a healthy term pregnancy.
